About me

I also was a backing and lead vocalist for Gary Thomas KYPA: Keeping Young People Alive.

Although life has had its demands with bringing up a family and caring for an ailing parent, however as somebody aged 40 and beyond I still like to keep a foot in the performing world and now is the time to show others that it’s never too late! I believe, and I want others to believe too, that age shouldn’t hold anyone back from pursuing their passion. I’m about encouraging older performers to do what they love whether it’s acting or singing. Realize there are opportunities for all ages. The stage is for everyone, no matter how many candles are on your birthday cake!

Hey there, it’s Sandy I am a Singer, Actor & Teacher & Life Coach.

I’m excited to share a bit about my journey with the Performing Arts. I started out as a Singer, then studied Music Business and promoted acts before finding my way into acting. I trained at The Bridge Theatre Training Company, I performed in theatres such as the Oval and Hackney Empire, and took on roles in national tours and independent films.

Over time, I realised what I loved most was helping others find their voice. I began teaching drama in schools and colleges, working with both adults and children, including those with special educational needs. Watching people grow in confidence and creativity has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey.

I also trained as a Life coach, which means I can help people not only with performance skills but also with the mindset to overcome self-doubt and mental barriers.

These days, I focus on helping people over 40 break into the performing industry with simple, practical steps showing them how they can start landing opportunities in as little as 30 days.
